He has over 27 years of experience in business transformation and is highly passionate about the future of work. His areas of expertise include organisational design, enterprise agility, people strategy & change management. His executive roles have included CEO of realestate.com.au, Vice President at Salesforce.com and as a Partner at Deloitte Digital. As well as being Chief Entrepreneur In Residence at Western Sydney University, Jamie is the author of Unicorn Tears: Why Startups Fail & How To Avoid It – one of Australia’s most popular business books on startups. His next book, Failure Proof: Thriving In The Modern Workplace – is expected to be published in late 2022. Jamie also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of CHOICE. Jamie holds a Master of Management in Strategic Behaviour from Macquarie University and is currently a PhD candidate at Western Sydney University.
